Bookings

1. All the cars are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. All of the bookings will be taken subject to availability.
3. On all of the bookings a deposit will be required with 2 hours to secure the booking. 
4. At the time of booking, the amount of passengers will be required.
5. At the time of Enquiry no booking is confirmed until deposit has been paid and booking confirmation email/message has been sent.
6. At the time of the booking flight details/ appointment times or meeting times will be taken to make sure everything runs smoothly.
7. All of our drivers will be at the pickup times 15 minutes before booking time.
8. On all airport pickups first hour will be free and anytime after that will be charged at £30 per hour unless agreement made before.
9. In case of a delayed flight no extra charges will be made as the driver to track the flight at all times and leave to arrive accordingly.
10. All flights will be tracked and the drivers will arrive at the airports according to the landing times to minimise the time spent waiting for clients.
11. On all airport drop-off charges will be included in price.
12. On all airport pickups first 45 mins charges will be included in the price. Anymore charges will be payable by the client or the company.
13. On all hourly bookings there will be a minimum charge and minimum hours required.
14. On all hourly bookings if the time lapses over the pre arranged hours, anytime over the hour will be charged at full hourly rate and invoice will be sent.
15. On all event bookings any additional time or distance will be charged on top of the prepaid journey or on prefixed journey.
     

Cancellations & Refunds

1. At least 5 days cancellation notice is required.
2. Any cancellations within 24 hours of he booking start will be subject to a charge of %50 of the journey fee.
3. If the flights are cancelled on the outward journey, a proof will be required and %10 fee will be charged of the journey fee.
4. Any cancellation made before 5 days can be rescheduled or any fee paid can be refunded subject to the situation.
5. If in case any of Sheffield lux Travel & Chauffeurs cars are broken down or in any emergency, We will try our %100 to find you another equivalent vehicle for your journey.
6. We at Sheffield Lux Travel & Chauffeurs reserve the right to amend any bookings or vehicle types to suit clients needs and requirements.
